Deer Acres sits on 15 acres, and as you walk around the park it has storybook displays with lifesized handcarved figurines. There are many buildings on the property -- the souvenir and gift shop, barns for the animals, a shop for repairs, arcades, restrooms in the park and out at the company picnic area, and more. The park has a train ride, a safari ride, car ride, ferris wheel, carousel and a moonwalk.
